Abhiruchi Restaurant’s proud owner and Executive Chef Ramaseshaiah Buddi (aka “Rama”) has over 20 years of experience in preparing exquisite Indian cuisine. Rama began his culinary career with training from a top rated hotel in Andhra Pradesh, India. Upon completion of his culinary training, Rama completed the culinary exams at the U.S. embassy and arrived in U.S. in 1994. Since then, his dedication and passion for food preparation took off and he has had the opportunity to introduce his exquisite dishes to many people around the country, including various celebrities and politicians from India. Over the last two decades, Rama has also had the opportunity to serve his sumptuous cooking at some of the largest South Asian cultural events including TANA (Telugu Association of North America), North America Telugu Society (NATS), The Kshatriyas Association of North America (in Virginia); and to the devotees in temple premises such as Sri Venkateswara temple at Bridgewater, NJ and Sri Shiridi Sai Baba Temple at Edison, NJ. With this continued passion for Indian food, and a dedication for quality and excellence, Rama opened Abhiruchi Fine Indian Cuisine in 2006.
